Day 1- Litchfield National Park: Pick up between 6:30 and 7:00 am from Darwin accommodation. Highlights today will include Magnetic Termite Mounds, the magnificent falls of Tolmer, Wangi and Florence and the truly beautiful Buley Rockhole. Enjoy lunch and a swim at the falls, before continuing to Katherine via Adelaide River. Lunch at Monsoons, Wangi Falls. Arrive in Katherine at approximately 5:30pm. Day 2 - Katherine and Mataranka: Depart Katherine at approximately 8:00am for a memorable visit to Elsey National Park and swim in the magical Mataranka Thermal Pool. Visit Territory Manor and see the barramundi fish feeding show, Mataranka Homesteand and the Elsey Replica - then back to Katherine in time to cruise on the famous Nitmiluk (Katherine) Gorge. Lunch is provided at the Territory Manor. Day 3 - Kakadu National Park: Depart Katherine at 7:00am for an exciting 2 days in Kakadu. We approach via the Southern End through Mary River. Next is Waterfall Creek (Gunlom), a deep permanent pool fringed by pandanus palms and high cliffs. We then go to Cooinda, home of Yellow Water Cruises. Enjoy the variety of birds, wildlife and crocodiles on a sunset cruise. Day 4 - Kakadu National Park: Depart at 6:30am for Nourlanfie Rock, just magic at this time of the morning. Today will create long lasting memories of Kakadu for you, including Ubirr, Bowali Visitor Centre, Border Store, East Alligator and so much more ...........Arrive Darwin Approximately 5:00pm PLEASE NOTE: - Itinerary may change without notice due to weather conditions.
